Aint it the way...

You start yourself on a motivational bent, and what happens, something in real life tries to knock it down before it even leaves the gates.

Which for me happens to be a panic over a sick little cat (and im normally very preoccupied with our cats anyway). Nothing like finding your youngest cat in the afternoon suddenly out of sorts, refusing to eat, listless and twitching from pain in the waist after doing her business in the garden... with no way of getting them to a vet before they close, and the next day being the one day all the local vets in town are closed for the week (why all the Vet Clinics shut for one day , on the same day in the week is mind boggling, human hospitals don't, so why the animal variant?), then again this is a rural area...

But thankfully after a rather sleepless night (for both of me and the cat), she appears to be better, she's eating if not with as much gust as before, shes brighter and moving (if only at a walk), and for me.. above all, purring when stroked, which for this cat is the first sign something is truly wrong if missing. Where hardly out of the woods though since she still appears out of sorts, and i'll insist on her going to the vets tomorrow since who knows whats still there given a cats amazing ability to shrug off pain, but at least its not poisoning, or worse since if it had been, well I sure as heck wouldn't be writing this.

Still think it could be a bone or a lower bowel blockage, but shes an odd cat with a few underlying physical quirks that could be causing it.

Here's to her health and a quick recovery from what ever it might be... hopefully just a one dayer. At least I can safely work on models now instead of being by her side every few minutes.

Update:- Well seems shes right as rain now, eating, playing... being a general nuisance again, but wouldnt have it any other way.
